1.    Ordering and Payment

To purchase from Forever Memories Scrapbooking, you will need an active user account. This includes your shipping and contact information, and requires a current email account so that order confirmations can be sent. Once an account is set up, you can log in at any time to place an order. Payment may be made by one of the following methods:

• Paypal – This will allow you to pay direct from your Paypal account.
• Visa/MasterCard (via PayPal) – You will be directed to the Paypal website however you DO NOT require a Paypal account in order to purchase via credit card. Simply select the credit card option and enter the required details.

2.    Postage  

Forever Memories deliver anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $5.50. All orders over $60 will be shipped within Australia free of charge.

Forever Memories is happy to ship International but we ask that customers contact us before completing their order to confirm shipping costs.

We make every effort to dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

All orders are sent via Australia Post. If you require express or registered post please contact us prior to completing your order and we can arrange this for you.

3.    Prices  

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST(10%). Prices are subject to change without notice. Please note that the most current price is always the one displayed on the website.

5.     Product Description  

We make every effort to ensure that the images and descriptions provided accurately describe each product. Unfortunately, due to differences in colour balance and screen resolution items may differ slightly in colour to the images provided.

6.    Refund and Exchange  

A full refund (excluding postage) will be issued only for products that are delivered faulty or incorrectly. Please notify us of any faults within three business days of receiving your order. Products should be returned with their original packaging.
